“Type and Communication Design” is far more than creating a look. Many decisions have to be made along the way between the design and the execution of print or web-ready items to ensure success with the client (and oneself). The visual result of a corporate design, website or poster also involves numerous technical demands: everything from developing html and css, implementing and modifying JavaScripts or turning a sketch into a printable design in Illustrator, InDesign or Photoshop, to the delivery of press-ready documents and the uploading of a site or sending out a font ready for use.
